Paper: Applying Taguchi Method for control parameters of an induction motor

The paper provides a model for the study of the quality of squirrel cage induction motor, based on the Taguchi Method.  So, by measuring values of the considered quality characteristics one can conclude about the best combination of control factors. The respective control factors considered are: the rated current (IN) as being dependent of the control parameters, rated rotation speed (nN), rated torque (MN), rated phase voltage (UphN), efficiency (η) and power factor (cosφ) of the analyzed induction motors. Hence by applying the method, one can conclude about  the combination of control factors which produces the best quality result
