Paper: Decryption of Evolutionary Fractals by means of Procedural Randomness generated with the CSN Matrix

This paper has been published in 2024 and represents the continuation of the work and of the ideas of the author presented in a previous paper, published two years earlier, namely: “Communication with Nature based on a combined Multiplicative/Additive Encryption Model”

Human intelligence processes or the intelligence of Nature cannot be properly modeled and simulated unless one does take into account the highly disruptive processes taking place in Nature or happening when breakthrough discoveries in science take place.

On the other hand, one cannot neither overstate enough the significance of accidents, chance, randomness and trial and error processes either taking place in Nature or taking place in human brain or when humans experiment in their scientific labs.

In order to generate a proper model for intelligence, one should seriously consider the concept of evolutionary fractal, such as defined in this paper, and the related evolutionary fractal processes, simulating highly disruptive processes which can be modeled by procedural randomness using the CSN Matrix
